Time travelers
In many ways
we are time travelers….
into future curious of a grandchild’s imagination
into past reflecting, doing genealogy
into prophecy thinking of the effects of our actions
on the seventh generation
into right action and right governance
reminding those with their hands on
tiller and steering wheel
of what is right and what endures
and asking whether we want it to or not
