thumbs and fingers
A director—you!—holds up two thumbs and two fingers, framing a limited precinct for infinite creating—here we are human-ing! We have not been—and the world has not seen—this playing before. But now it can!

Footprints in the Windsm # 2434
“Safety, Safety”
the absent children cry
“placing” Mom, Dad,
in the shiny big “home”
promising three squares
and a cot, choice of
bingo, drum cardio, and
bus rides every week.
“Safety, Safety” they cry
as they go,
go away,
to their little lives half
way across the continent.
“Safety, Safety”
till they visit three
times a year. Never
mind they never
knew
Mom’s dream to travel
to visit grand children
and grand canyons. Never
mind Dad at ninety wants
to sky dive, let his body
fly!
“Safety, Safety”
For they know better
for they know nothing
of life alive
yet.
Please pass it on.

A conversation is a motion expecting a response or at least inviting or permitting. What will I respond to your soul?
