a pattern, a beat, a tune, a dance on the wind, paint brushed in waves on a page, a story, a breathing—these are under, before, with, through, in, after, pulling, pulled by, pushing, pushed by—ever—you, me, us together, us as history, us as species, us as universe—so how can you, I, anyone—say or deny—our essentiality in the whole, a pattern,

Maybe a bigger question in conversation is fit. Do we fit? Fit together? Not only or even harmonize. Rather make good the good of one another.
Make good the good of us.
We’re not two puzzle pieces. These pieces are moving. Breathing. Growing. Pulsing. Our edges shifting, complementing. Completing.
This might be the why of feeling part of one another or of something bigger. Completing: not complete. Making whole. Wholing.
