There is a danger of beating the horse to death before it can run free. The possibility is that we open wide the range in which it can run. Where are the places we might meet our story and set it running?

Rather than storycatching, we want story releasing! Riding the Feral Story. Riding the Savage Story.

Feral suggests escape from domestication, which is pretty close to what we want to say: we are taking a story that we have domesticated into our lives and turning it back free.

If the universal can touch the particular then the particular touches the universal. So we can touch past and future, even if we suppose those are separate from present.

In truth, we can only ever tell one story.

Can we make a whole course of study of one or two stories each person? Perhaps we can. The trick is not to grind them, but to find the rainbows. Handle them lightly, with reverence; hear, don’t listen; receive, be washed over. Explore the homey alcoves and spacious universes all about. Can we seek until we open our better natures!
