In point of fact, is a person a noun, a verb, an adverb, an adjective? In actual lived life a person cannot be a noun.

Prune juice effect
The prune juice effect: When I need prune juice, it is the action I want, not the quantity nor the duration.

Not a bad thing
In meditation/contemplation, it is a good thing when you bring your mind back to your breath or other focal point, a really good thing; it is not a bad thing when your mind wanders or monkeys around.
