It doesn’t matter: what we choose to do at the crossroads, with our life. It doesn’t matter: we can choose any direction we wish and it will be good. God is watching to see what we do. “Surprise me,” he says, and giggles with delight that we do. “Make my world.”

We can sometimes turn the eyes and heads
Of those who touch the wheel

I am thinking for you. No, not doing your thinking. Doing my own. Opening the conversation. So you can think further. For us.

Vulnerable to growth, to becoming more whom we are to be: elders.

We elder for our widening circles—relations, friends, orbits.

Eldering is a different kind of productive—whether in type of product, or how it produces, I cannot tell.

Be on the lookout for elder-like actions. It is elder-like to acknowledge them.

What do you see in the exemplars of those who elder—what is stirring?

Eldering is a capstone to one’s doing, being, and being thinning to touch the far reaches.

Eldering is being and doing for the larger good of generations, community, and worlds.

The rhythm of the energy calls forth the dancing
The dancing expends energy and calls forth yawns

Our children called us forth: we were necessary for them to arrive. Our family, future and past generations, needs to be more complete. We as a whole call for and forth children and parents, grandchildren and grandparents. As a whole we call for and forth the wisdom of elders and the innocence of babes. All are necessary to all.

Impermanence and change are concepts of time.

We have a ratchet mentality: what we learn we do not have to re-learn. Then we grow wise. Experience differs: often we must re-learn.
