My mind this morning was insistent on thinking! I practiced watching my breath for about two hours in bed. I only probably watched a couple dozen breaths or so! And the things I thought: things I had not thought in years, or even brand new things. Most inconsequential or worries or things to do. Keep practicing!

Teaching discovery is evocative for me, leads me on. This way I can learn from all others, help all others. Inner discovery, conversational. Meeting one another in the profounds.

Simply use less words, not stepping on their paths, inviting by spirit and presence. Have patience that there is depth meeting in there and that it will out.
