Fewer people—more responsibility
rests on each shoulder
—more influence—more significance
—more cooperation—more need to engage
—less opportunity to hide
—in meetings
—in working groups

My head dangling in

Lying beside the little stream
My head dangling in the flow
Thoughts wash over and go

Sitting beside the stream

I see myself as sitting above the flow of my thoughts in meditation/contemplation. Now I see myself below, being the bedrock with the stream flowing over. Now I am sitting beside the stream watching it flow, turning my face to the sun and all stars.
