When it’s people we seek to lead out we need to be clear with ourselves. Do we lead them out to hear and see something new, or to have them do? Each takes a different approach.

What if we give people a space to assimilate the something new?

If we just tell them something new
they’ll do something new,
right?

Is our conference to be a workspace or a tickle the brain cells space?

Depth is dense, rich, fecund, wet, alive.

Build upon bedrock—fiery, molten, flowing.

We’ve been treating the connections among us as a curious side effect of our meetings—Meeting as show. What if we saw these as the reason to meet—Meeting as doing?

mystery, question, story,
surprise, and emergence

Hard to give the larger things much attention, when this disturbance is here.

See these times, these people as holy: meet. Be present, hear deeply.

This work is holy.

What is the essence of humans, of living, of spirit? It is continually emerging, continually surprising. Surprise and emergence seem to me now as equivalents.

What are the deeps? The things that lead to joy, reality, touch. (BTG) Maybe not lead to, but are, more precisely, modifying, acting.
