I am bettering.

Action—bettering the world—is an interfusing growing out of both individual and interactions within a group. Often one or the other of these elements is invisible. Until we look.

pulls us back for a larger look
shows us multiple vistas
removes individual and group blinders
emerges more choices
saves six months plodding a wrong path
sets our feet on solid ground after the leap

Emerges in Open Space:
Ideas yes, and of great value:
Awareness

Enjoy your grandchildren or change the world
We swing between these poles:
Irritation and comfort
Let us explore the possible next
Its beauty, love, and enjoyment
Then irritate ourselves to get to work
Upon these two legs we dance: a mystery!

Long-term care: peace of mind. Sooner.

Observe, observe, observe
as lawyer I see the invisible
infrastructure of laws and regs
that you see dimly if at all
as outsider I see something of
how your family works—so then
let us reflect together
then you choose and act
observe, reflect, act
truth, beauty, goodness

I have a direction, not goals
Goals would presume
I know the road ahead

Sitting in the light
Is good

This
Is life on offer

Turns we make on our spiraling
Each wider, wider
Seeing the thing
Reflecting
Seeing the thing together
Reflecting together
Participating the whole
Generating the whole
Transcending, including
Wider, wider

Today what you do
Makes you my
Preacher

This the hiding place of life
The the pouring out of love
