Walking past something in OST
Perhaps we walk past something in our OST closing circles. Is there an opportunity here to hear the heart the mind and the will? Bohmian it might be—but we could converse our way closer.

Egos are in their death throes
fighting back, with a vengeance
trashing food from the table of the poor
but egos will die off before expected
coming together, the thread
breathing, moving, growing, will out-live
not vanquish, for these bring life: humanity
:- Doug.
The next that’s emerging
Is not coming at us
It’s coming from us
From the diverse all of us
That’s why it’s unpredictable
That’s why it’s unorganizable
Only we can make all things work for one
:- Doug.
Core is infinite onion
waves coming to greet you ever
deeper further always possible
:- Doug.
Give out your message
Give out your self
Neither can survive
Both are needed
This generation
:- Doug.
Your message to engage the world
must be bodied forth among the world
So it is—you are—for change at risk
:- Doug.
The only way, the only way
to get someplace new
is to go someplace you’ve never been
converse with people you’ve never before
:- Doug.
In beginning was the art
and the painting was with God
and the poetry was God
In beginning was the creativity
we are children of the creativity
and the creativity is ongoing
:- Doug.

A stray line of a poem
am I
do you feel so, too?
do all in the world
want for a rhyme and a rhythm?
dance! sing! now!
challenge the poem to show up!
hand touching hand for electricity
let’s you and I
Please pass it on.

What world are we consciously making
if you add up our individual actions?
In World War II Rosie Riveter and Joe G.I.
made the world safe for free people
Now we with our smart phones and txts
our fast paces and all those goals—
What?
:- Doug.
To invite deeper conversation: allow something in you to be changed by something in the other and vice versa—What can I learn from you?
:- Doug.
First play with artists
the poets, the painters, the sculptors, & dancers
those who can see afresh and help others see
so seeing we pour out the world
into its next shape

Emergence Varela says goes on all over the universe at once. I see it is a stream without end. Streams in the ocean. So I am emerging as a person, and you are too, and parts of me are emerging on the cellular level and macro level, and things between us, and between our cells, among nations and presidents, among planets and stars, and all is flux of emergence. To find what “wants” to emerge is to be present to the pulse and present in the pulse.
