bury the dull

let the dull
bury the dull

Attend your fire

What is the work you need to do at this end of your life?
:- Doug.
Birds, squirrels, fish do not
spend their whole days getting
food—they gambol, play, chase!
:- Doug.
Two birds each other chase
Through the leaves
Life extravagant exuberant life!

Let us gather
good heads
good hearts
willing hands
to make a new
:- Doug.
Some have met Beauty face to face
Others Truth still others Goodness
Fewer all three
Here bosom of the universal life, of God
Human imagination
:- Doug.
We can touch our heightened vision
Here in the bosom of God:
The human imagination
Here the universal life
The universal
:- Doug.
Where does God leave off
& the betweens of us begin?
Do they?
:- Doug.
Those who are transformed
Or open them to the transforming
These are the transformants
:- Doug.
The larger is in the smaller
If it is major
A felt transforming
The larger is here this is the center of it
Grief pulls us larger imagination too
Asking too much is not enough
Colorful transformants fly overhead inviting us
The world tilts the heat increases
Conversation turns us to alternative futures
Our solid foundation is when we perceive and reconstruct
Larger gives us courage to go larger
:- Doug.
