Goals are:

Goals are: ends (they stop all further action and the group disperses); measurable (are we clear about what we are measuring, why, and what are the advantages and disadvantages of measuring and whether something valuable might be forgone if we only assessed based on what we can measure?); capable of attainment (are we doing busy work or on a wild goose or pipe dream chase?); desirable for the community (Do we want to do this? For whom? Why? Who benefits? Is this more than an ego project?).
