There is much at stake, nay all is at stake. If we do not throw what we have into the stew, it will be thrown onto the garbage heap. Then nature can try again. But the world has lost our nourishment, this piquancy. For ever.

Our wild work is also our prophetic work. We are not wild, we turn not to our wild voices, for the sake of wildness, but for the sake of the whole which is G*d. Invite the unheard hurting voices from the margins, but also from this edge the wild untamed original voices.

What to do with my wildness?

Mystic compost heaps
Ethereal sledge hammers
Life nourishes, nudges our unseen parts

Put your shoulder to prophecy’s plow
Open your mouth, put pen to paper
For the work’s sake, not for the
Breakfast coming later

The mystic cook-fire
Our chance is not yet lost
Pick up the trail ride hard
Open doors run out
Be rounds include edges

Kindle the emptiness
Set fire to silence
Meditation cushions are for spring you forth

Courage: This is important, this is scary, I need to jump. Once I jump, I need to accept any slaps in the face, accept any little deaths, and walk on to the new nascence on the other side. It will not, it cannot be life as it was, it will be fresh, something to be uncovered by steps.

Do I fear my wild face?
Yes. But why?
It’s not to fear but set to work
