Emergence: the act of thinking together?
What is emergence? Is it a real happening, or just a word we apply to the act of thinking together? The test would be if emergence happened if there were only a single person present. But even then, how do we separate out the voices the person has collected over a lifetime? It is entirely possible that emergence is the phenomenon we see when people think together, when they meet.

Finding the essential
It takes many voices, many minds, many hands to find the essential. It takes a group mind to find the essential. The essential is not always found, sometimes it emerges.
