When a story begins to die:
When a story is written down, it ceases to grow, it begins to die.

This is all me, these are all mine and me, release them and me from the grey cloth that keeps our rainbow lights trapped!

Be our guest means We welcome you, commune with you, eat with you your bounty.

I am seeing Father as the parent, the generator of all there is, including me. I am seeing Son as specimen of all children as well as of the same substance as the generator Father. I am seeing Holy Spirit as the breath, spirit, ineffable part of all that runs through all, activating it for good.

We have such a picture in the West of things being made up of smaller particles that we have a hard time seeing the arrow pointing the other direction. It seems equally true that the possibilities and the larger call forth the smaller parts, at least call them forth for certain functions.
God is the all, then, in this view, the all that is all this and transcends all this. God is personal and intimate because we are a part. Prayer is not then to an external rescuer but to the wholeness: it is communion and meeting.
:- Doug.
We are doing something larger, something significant, changing the course of the world, whenever we consciously seek to work for the good of the whole.
:- Doug.
If we look at the ultimate wholeness of reality, then it is clear that this wholeness co-emerges with us. If we use the word God to refer to this ultimate reality, we see that God is co-emergent with us. We are integral to God. We know God intimately.

God is all this. Not arising from, nor separate from. God is. We are.

What is the meaning of the months and years some people spend in stupor in nursing homes? To say it is a mystery, that it is beyond our ken and in God’s hands, is to abdicate our responsibility. We make the meaning.
:- Doug.
God is incomplete wholeness, never to be complete, always responding, always loving, always creating more living.
:- Doug.
I have much to give. I have conversation and the growing of it. This is holy work since it expands life, it makes life more whole, it enlivens life.
:- Doug.
Life is about giving. When we take we make ourselves small. When we grasp to ourselves, we are small. When we enter others’ lives we become large.
:- Doug.
God is that beyond which there is nothing more embracing.

God is the world, and God loves the world, and God is the loving movement together of all there is and the loving moving out to make the embrace infinitely big.
